About the Graduate Trainee Program
Fresh Life’s 1-year Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip recent graduates with practical, work-ready skills while contributing to impactful sanitation projects in informal settlements. Trainees will support key business functions and collaborate with various departments to gain hands-on experience.

- Graduate Trainee – Corporate Finance
- Graduate Trainee – Talent Operations
- Graduate Trainee – Kisumu (Rotational: Sales, Customer Support, and Manufacturing)
- Graduate Trainee – Eldoret (Rotational: Sales, Customer Support, and Logistics)
- Graduate Trainee – Nairobi (Rotational: Sales, Customer Support, and Government Relations)
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Graduated within the last 3 years.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience through internships or business ventures is preferred.
- Proficiency in Ms Office and G-Suite (Advanced Excel skills are a plus).
- Proactivity and leadership experience in organizations like AIESEC, Presidential Clubs, EMUN, or similar associations.
