About the Job

Job Title: Fellow – Young Leaders Program
Location: Nairobi, with opportunities to work in other African offices
Duration: Two-year full-time program

The Young Leaders Program (YLP) is designed to nurture exceptional young Kenyan talent into future leaders. As a fellow, you will be an integral part of client project teams, working closely with colleagues and clients to solve complex business problems. Upon successful completion of the program, high-performing fellows will transition into a business analyst role.

Job Description

  1. Collaborate with teams of 3-5 consultants on client engagements.
  2. Gather and analyze data to form and test hypotheses.
  3. Develop and communicate strategic recommendations.
  4. Present findings to client management and support implementation.
  5. Receive extensive training, coaching, and mentorship.
  6. Engage in continuous learning and skill development through project selections and network building.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Education: Undergraduate or master’s degree with an excellent academic record.
  2. Experience: Less than one year of continuous work experience in any industry.
  3. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities or professional settings.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
  5. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
