Job Description

As an HR & Administration Intern at Save the Children, you’ll play a vital role in supporting HR and Admin functions. This includes assisting with recruitments, employee documentation, and maintaining HR records. Additionally, you’ll provide administrative support by managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and assisting with general office operations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation.
  3. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  4. Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, booking venues, and preparing meeting materials.
  5. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  6. Provide general administrative support to the office, including handling inquiries and coordinating office maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in HR and administration.
