About the Job

We are looking for enthusiastic People Operations Interns to join our dynamic team. This is a remote (work-from-home) volunteer internship based in Kenya, lasting for three months. Interns will play a pivotal role in People Operations/HR and Employer Branding. Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience with Kanban tools for mapping workflow processes and may have the opportunity to become certified in the Agile PeopleOps Framework™ based on your performance.

Job Descriptions

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding of new hires.
  2. Talent Management Research: Conduct research on modern Talent Management and HR practices.
  3. Content Creation: Develop content and reports based on your research and present findings to the leadership team.
  4. Process Implementation: Aid in the in-house implementation of new processes and practices.
  5. Brand Building: Enhance the Culturelligence brand through social media marketing practices.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with team members across various functions to support operations and work on diverse projects.
  7. Leadership Support: Work closely with the leadership team to support various activities and projects critical to company growth and success.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Currently pursuing or having completed a BBA/MBA/Masters in HR or any other Bachelor/Master degree with a keen interest in HR/People Operations.
  • Recent graduates looking to build skills in Agile PeopleOps/Agile HR.
  • Ability to commit 4-6 hours per day to the internship.

Skills

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Languages

  • Proficiency in English is required.

Eligibility and Selection

  • Candidates must be based in Kenya and able to commit to a three-month internship period. Selection will be based on academic background, interest in HR/People Operations, and demonstrated ability to contribute to the team.
