About the Role

Join Offshore Global Logistics Limited as an IT Intern in Nairobi, Kenya. This Internship position offers an exciting opportunity to support the IT department's daily operations and contribute to the efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Repair and replace damaged or malfunctioning IT equipment.
• Create and manage user accounts across various business assistance applications.
• Assist in troubleshooting and providing IT support to end-users.
• Assist in the installation of applications and operating systems.
• Perform inventory checks to monitor IT asset levels and recommend procurement when necessary.
• Assist in the maintenance of server equipment in control rooms.
• Scan and remove malware infections from computers and deploy software updates.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by the line manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum B plain at KCSE.
• Strong comprehension of IT systems and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
