As a Human Resources Intern at CPHRM Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR data management, and policy implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.
  2. Certified Human Resource Professional Course (CHRP) foundation level is an advantage.
  3. Solid understanding and practical knowledge of employment laws.
  4. Minimum B Grade in high school.


  1. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level or above.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation.
  4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.


  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of [other relevant languages] is advantageous.

Eligibility and Selection

  3. Monitor contract expirations and probation period ends, providing timely advice.
  4. Manage HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  5. Support employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  6. Generate HR data and reports for decision-making purposes.
  7. Coordinate training sessions and maintain the training calendar.
  8. Assist with benefits administration tasks such as enrollment and claims.
  9. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  10. Research HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
