About the Role

Join Fresh Life as a Graduate Trainee in Eldoret, Kenya. This 1-year graduate program aims to equip graduates with work-ready skills, specifically tailored to sanitation impact work in informal settlements. Collaborate with operational teams, including Sales, Customer Support & Credit Collection, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the Graduate Management Program.
• Commit to continuous self-development throughout the 12-month program.
• Observe all Fresh Life policies, procedures, and demonstrate FL behaviors and values.
• Adapt to different working environments and team cultures.
• Make sound judgments and effective, timely decisions.
• Work with your supervisor to maintain a performance rating of meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Attend and pass all core training prerequisites and programs within specified timeframes.
• Successfully manage and complete all assigned projects and assessments.
• Identify business and program improvement opportunities and communicate them to the program coordinator or supervisor.
• Share knowledge and learning with program peers, supervisors, and program managers.
• Maintain and update a personal portfolio of evidence to capture all learning received during the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Social Science, or a related course.
• Graduated within the last 3 years and under 30 years of age.
• 6 months to 24 months of experience in sales, customer service, or debt collection is desired; active internship engagements or business ventures will also be considered.
• Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite; above-average Excel and analytical skills are an added advantage.
• Demonstrated proactivity and leadership in forums that build society outside the typical education system (e.g., AIESEC, Presidential Clubs, EMUN, Member Associations).
• Applicants MUST be living or working in Eldoret to qualify.
