About the Job

Job Descriptions

In this role, you’ll support Microsoft’s government affairs strategies and programs. You will conduct research, manage communications, and build relationships with stakeholders to influence public and technology policy priorities. Your contributions will help drive Microsoft’s policy agenda and support our public sector goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Sciences, Economics, BCom/BA Laws, or a related field.
  • Legal authorization to work in Kenya (citizenship, valid visa, or work permit).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in developing and managing strategic relationships to advocate and influence public/technology policy priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
  • Some experience in managing projects and communications across multiple groups.
