About the Role

Join Tier Data as a Customer Success Intern in Nairobi, Kenya. This Internship position offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in client support and success management within the Information Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through platform setup.
  • Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Collaborate with account managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Help create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing customer challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Interest in customer success, IT solutions, and SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
