About the Role

Join Tier Data as a Customer Success Intern in Nairobi, Kenya. This Internship position offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in client support and success management within the Information Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through platform setup.
Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.
Collaborate with account managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Help create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training resources.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing customer challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Interest in customer success, IT solutions, and SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
