About the Job:

As a Customer Care Intern at Shirika Sacco, you will embark on a comprehensive one-year program designed to cultivate your skills in customer service within a dynamic financial services environment. This role offers hands-on experience in handling member inquiries, managing customer interactions, and contributing to member education initiatives.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Handle walk-in customers and provide timely assistance.
  2. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
  3. Efficiently manage emails and ensure adherence to service charter standards.
  4. Educate members on products and services offered by the Sacco.
  5. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Diploma in a Business Related Field, preferably Public Relations, Communication, or Marketing.
  2. Graduated within the last three years from a recognized institution.
  3. Available full-time for the duration of the one-year internship.
  4. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
  5. Applicants below 30 years of age are preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
