About the Job:
As a Customer Care Intern at Shirika Sacco, you will embark on a comprehensive one-year program designed to cultivate your skills in customer service within a dynamic financial services environment. This role offers hands-on experience in handling member inquiries, managing customer interactions, and contributing to member education initiatives.
Job Descriptions:
- Handle walk-in customers and provide timely assistance.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
- Efficiently manage emails and ensure adherence to service charter standards.
- Educate members on products and services offered by the Sacco.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in a Business Related Field, preferably Public Relations, Communication, or Marketing.
- Graduated within the last three years from a recognized institution.
- Available full-time for the duration of the one-year internship.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
- Applicants below 30 years of age are preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
