About the Role

Join Youth Changers Kenya (YCK) as a Business Development Intern in Nairobi, Kenya. This Internship position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to social entrepreneurship and advocacy in the NGO/Non-Profit sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate marketing and sales strategies for YCK's products.
• Research and collaborate with potential partners and customers.
• Facilitate interactive sessions during YCK meetings and events.
• Create and present a sales and marketing plan to meet targets.
• Promote YCK's card game initiative through various forums and events.
• Explore partnerships with influencers and organizations aligned with YCK's vision.

Requirements

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Passion for youth advocacy and social impact initiatives.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
