The Opportunity:

As a Private Sector Partnerships Intern, you’ll work closely with our dynamic team, contributing to the delivery of impactful results and supporting our overarching efforts. Reporting to the Head of Private Sector Partnerships, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across various functions including administration, coordination, logistics, finance, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing conferences, webinars, and workshops, including managing invitations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and relevant information.
  • Manage online shared folders and filing systems for all correspondence and documentation.
  • Facilitate partner engagement activities and record meeting minutes.
  • Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders.
  • Additional duties as assigned to support the unit.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Currently a postgraduate student or recent graduate in IT, Business, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet research.
  3. Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or operational support experience.
  4. Experience in research and report preparation is advantageous.
  5. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  7. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  8. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
