About the Job
InEvent is thrilled to introduce our Graduate Takeoff Program, a one-year, fully remote internship designed for university students and recent graduates eager to dive into the tech industry. This program offers hands-on training, skill development, and the chance to work with top professionals, all while getting paid. Successful participants may secure a full-time position with us upon completion.
Job Description
The Graduate Takeoff Program spans 20 hours per week over a year, starting with a three-month Bootcamp. During the Bootcamp, you will gain insights into various departments, after which you will be placed in a department that aligns with your skills and interests for the remaining nine months.
Highlighted Departments
As part of the program, you will rotate through several key departments:
- People and Culture: Understand the dynamics of HR and organizational development.
- Sales: Learn sales strategies and client relationship management.
- Customer Success: Focus on ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Marketing: Dive into digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Product: Gain insights into product development, management, and innovation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Fluent in English
- Aged 18-25
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree
- Ability to multitask and manage a part-time schedule
- Resilient with a positive attitude
- Eagerness to learn continuously
- Own a personal computer and have a stable internet connection
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Languages
- Proficiency in English
- Additional language skills are a bonus
Eligibility and Selection
The program is open to applicants worldwide, aged 18-25, who are current students or recent graduates. Selection is based on qualifications, enthusiasm for learning, and performance in a video introduction and final interview. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a recorded video introduction, followed by a final interview. The selection process typically takes 2-4 weeks.
